Return & Exchange Policy
At Teenova, every product is made with care and goes through a quality check before dispatch. As each item is prepared specifically for your order, we currently accept returns or exchanges only under specific circumstances.
Eligible for Return or Exchange
We will gladly replace or exchange your order if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive the wrong product.
- You receive the wrong color or wrong size compared to what you ordered.
- Your product has a major manufacturing defect.
- There is an unavoidable printing or production error.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
Returns & Exchanges Not Accepted
As every product is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Incorrect size selected while placing the order
- Dislike of the design, color, or fit
- Shipping delays caused by courier services
- Minor variations in color due to screen/display settings
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Please refer to our size guide before placing your order.
Refunds
If your return or exchange request is approved and a replacement cannot be provided, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
